Knowledgeable staff can be essential when it comes to hospitality, meet and greet services, activities, dine-arounds and special events.
 
 
Here's the kind of assistance you can expect:
  • Hospitality - a knowledgeable staff sitting behind a desk in a hotel lobby, answering questions about the area and offering suggestions to your attendees.  They'll be there to direct and answer questions during your meetings.  They can call for transportation on short notice and make a dining reservation.  They can be your company's very own concierge. 

 

  • Meet and Greet Services - a professional staff meeting and greeting your attendees as they arrive at the airport.  They'll be holding a sign with your company name or logo.  They'll be in contact with the transportation vehicles standing by and will call them in when an attendee is ready for transportation.  They'll assist the attendees with their luggage and boarding their transportation vehicle.

 

  • Activities - an experienced staff who knows the area and knows all about the activity.  The staff will be in touch with the transportation company, assist attendees with boarding the vehicle, make sure all attendees scheduled to attend the tour are on board before the vehicle leaves and staff will be on hand to make sure the activity runs smoothly. 
     
  • Dine-arounds a competent staff who knows the restaurant.  One staff will be assigned per dine-around group.  He/she will hold a sign up with the restaurant or host's name to collect the group, call in the vehicle, assist with boarding and make sure all group members are on board.  The staff will introduce the group to the hostess, walk with them to their table and be available to handle any service problems.  If billing is to be handled through Cascade Destinations, the staff will be there to collect the bill and be sure it does not go to the table.  And when the group is ready to leave, the staff will call back the vehicle for the return.

 

  • Special Events - an expert staff at loading large numbers of people on to several vehicles in a calm, professional, timely manner.  They will be there to assist with loading, counting heads to be sure vehicles are full and guiding attendees to available vehicles.  They will ride the vehicle to the venue and direct attendees to the entrance.  The staff will be on hand to be sure the buffet tables are kept full, the entertainment is performing as planned and be available for any questions.  And they will be there to handle the return transportation.
